Shipping Policy


Bliss Dreamz provides shipping all around the world on all products purchased through its website. 

Orders with in UK are shipped free of cost. However, there is a nominal amount for shipping out of UK.
Orders are usually delivered within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship orders from Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
In order to ensure that your products are delivered to you in good condition and always on time we have tied up with reputed, reliable and trusted courier companies.
Each order is shipped only to a single shipping / destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
In order to track the status of the order, customers need to log in to the website with registered credentials. Customers need to select “View Orders” on My Account page. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail mentioning the status of your order (like Ready to Dispatch, Dispatched, Delivered, Closed, etc.).
We advise our customers to check the condition of the package before accepting the delivery of goods from the courier personnel. If you feel that the packaging is tampered with or damaged please refuse to take the delivery of the package. Immediately inform our customer care support by mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
At times, we may be unable to deliver the order to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
a. Product of out of stock.
b. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned, you shall not be entitled to any damages, monetary compensation, redeemable vouchers and/or store credits.
There may be instances that we are not able to ship / deliver your order completely (due to product characteristics or other uncontrollable factors) within 14 business days from the date of purchase. In such cases, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped products from the order and notify you the same either by an e-mail or a phone call. Your payment against the unshipped products will be refunded through same mode of payment that you used to place the order.
